Our fleet of industrial filtering equipment provides simple, highly-effective and environmentally-friendly filtering options at extremely low cost to the consumer.  Whether our customers require a safe filtering system capable of removing microscopic contaminants, including excess water, from a quench oil system or more vigorous quench oil filters capable of withstanding extended periods of oil flow containing copious amounts of large particulates, SBS produces the products they are looking for.  Our filtering systems can handle anything from cooling tower water to scale removal of sludge-filled oil at a fraction of the price of competing systems.

	Smart Filter A self-contained, skid mounted industrial liquid filter.  Typical application are filtering quenchants and machining coolant. In quench oil applications in a heat treat, may be supplied with our revolutionary Aqua Sense for water detection or our De-Acid Module for lowering the total acid number (TAN).  Learn more about filtering here.
	Sludgebuster A unique product for removing large quantities of debris without the use of a filter.  Typical applications are removing scale or foundry sand from quenchants or removing swarf from machining coolant.
	Tower Scour Centrifugal Separator A Centrifugal Separator is a filtererless water cleaning system for removing dirt from a cooling tower water stream.  Filter cooling tower water with an SBS Tower Scour. Environmentally friendly by reducing chemical treatment of cooling tower water.
