Cooling Coil
The WaterSaver System Cooling coil is made of thermally efficient copper tubes with mechanically bound aluminum plate fins. U-bends direct the multiple pass flow to maintain thermally efficient turbulent flow.

Circulating Pump
The WaterSaver System comes complete with its own circulation system. The cast iron bronze fitted pump circulates from the integral collection tank to the air cooled heat exchanger, to the source to be cool and back to the collection tank. It comes equipped with an easy to read flow indicator, pressure gauge, isolation valves and a check valve.

Emergency Water Back-Up (optional)
A WaterSaver System can be supplied with emergency city water back up for equipment protection during power outage. When a pressure loss is sensed in the system a valve opens allowing city water source to circulate through the cooler and to the equipment being cooled. The water then returns to the integral accumulation tank which will overflow to the city sewer. When power is resumed the circulating pump will come back on forcing the city water valve shut. Normal operation is resumed seamlessly.

Control Panel
The WaterSaver System comes complete with thermostat designed to stage fans on or off according to outlet water temperatures, pump and fan running lights, and a man-off-auto switch. All of the IEC components come housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure for complete electrical protection.
